Giov has worked in industry as well as practice, giving her a great understanding of the requirements of small and medium businesses and the challenges they face in financial reporting. She specialises in advising clients on the best way to organise their information effectively so that they can better understand their business. With over 12 years experience, Giov has expertise in different accounting software, software changeover, management accounting and outsourced finance function services. She uses her knowledge to support small and medium businesses in many different sectors including public and charity, helping with their unique day-to-day accounting requirements.

Ahmed is driven by learning and developing his knowledge on new changes in VAT and duty legislation, as well as new accounting software and techniques. He works hard for clients to ensure their systems and financial reporting is up-to-date and accurate. With over 14 years experience, he has worked with packaging clients, retail clients, European and International clients. Personal Tax Manager

Hannah works with high net wealth individuals and property investors providing the best tax advice possible. She works closely with our audit and accounts teams to ensure a seamless service for all clients. With over 11 years experience, Hannah is our resident expert in the compliance aspects of personal tax returns, personal and family tax planning, liaising with HMRC for individuals, P11D and benefit in kind implications for business owners.

Where would be be without Mandy! Mandy brings with her a wealth of experience in everything required to organise a successful business. Keeping clients at the heart of everything we do, Mandy helps support the directors in the running of the business with a variety of tasks including (but not limited to) technology, property, HR, supporting the team, finances and client liaison. Mandy is the oil that keeps the BSN machine running smoothly.

Accounting services manager and training support

Faye joined the team to support in covering maternity leave for Giovanna and has been a massive to support to the whole team. Faye will continue to support BSN as Giovanna returns to the team later in 2022 in a variety of ways on accounting services, year end accounts work and continued training of the team, which is one of her great passions.
